If you will be staying in Hønefoss or Rauland, you will receive your key card delivered to your room, and you can unlock the door digitally with the app or via My page.
Digital key card
When you are moving to Campus Rauland or Campus Hønefoss Student Housing you can unlock your room digitally!
Your digital key card is activated from 1 pm on the day your contract starts. when you have locked yourselves in, you will find your physical key card in your room.
You can find the digital unlocking on My page under My key card, and you can also find it in the Student Sørøst app under the Student housing service.
Use the same user account in the app as on My page
My key card is a service you can find both on My page and in the Student Sørøst app.
Important! Remember to create a user in the app with the same user account as on My page! This will give you access to your tenancy and thus My key card in the app.
Lack of internet
If you do not have internet or if My page or the app is down, you will struggle to lock yourselves in. We recommend that you always bring you keycard when you leave your unit.
If this happens when you are unlocking for the first time, and have not yet received your key card, you can contact us and we will assist you within working hours.
You can also contact your resident assistant. Contact information can be found at My page under My tenancy. Feel free to note down contact information, before you arrive at the student housing.
Important! The first rent must be paid by due date
Your first rent payment must be paid by the due date and registered as received, before you can move in.
Please bring a receipt when picking up the key, if you paid the first invoice just a few days before moving in.
